Parts Inventory Specialist

THE JOB OF PARTS INVENTORY SPECIALIST INVOLVES

  • Works closely with technicians and the operations team to source and acquire required parts and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory levels; generate reports and provide updates to relevant departments.
  • Coordinate with production, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts to designated locations.
  • Monitor and expedite shipments to minimize delays and support continuous operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality concerns, or order discrepancies.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams regarding parts status and material availability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency in parts procurement and inventory management.
  • Receive, organize, and store inventory in designated areas.
  • Travel between inventory locations across the mine site to manage stock levels, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper housekeeping.
  • Work in compliance with MSHA regulations and site safety requirements.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to work safely and consistently under MSHA guidelines.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, freight, or inventory operations preferred but not required.

Pay $30-$35/HR DOE
