THE JOB OF PARTS INVENTORY SPECIALIST INVOLVES
- Works closely with technicians and the operations team to source and acquire required parts and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory levels; generate reports and provide updates to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts to designated locations.
- Monitor and expedite shipments to minimize delays and support continuous operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality concerns, or order discrepancies.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams regarding parts status and material availability.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency in parts procurement and inventory management.
- Receive, organize, and store inventory in designated areas.
- Travel between inventory locations across the mine site to manage stock levels, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper housekeeping.
- Work in compliance with MSHA regulations and site safety requirements.

- Previous experience in warehouse, freight, or inventory operations preferred but not required.
Pay $30-$35/HR DOE
